I recently stayed at a guesthouse in a quiet area, tucked away in the charming streets of this vibrant seaside town. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the attention to detail and the prices of nearby places. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making sure all basic amenities were up to par. The rooms were comfortable, even those with shared bathrooms, which I found to be no problem at all. On top of that, the delicious breakfast, with its farm-fresh ingredients, was included in the price.
My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to offer a more diverse selection of breakfast options.

Gastropub the lion & lobster with quick meals was located 5 minutes walk away. It is walking distance to british airways i360. Distance to Brighton train station was about 20 minutes walk. It was close to Brighton Beach.

We had an amazing experience during our Christmas stay. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and stylish decor. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to others.
Honestly, we couldn't find any faults during our stay. The only thing worth mentioning is that the communal spaces were a bit small, but it didn't affect our experience in any way.

Clean friendly run hotel.
Noise from outside the hotel. Bins were emptied by the council every day, some days before 07:00am.

Nice little guest house. Great view from our bedroom...always nice to see the sea. Short walk to beach and nice pubs and restaurants.
No elevator means luggage must be carried upstairs.

Great value for money and friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and the beach. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the well-stocked tea and coffee tray in the room.
Some of the communal areas were a bit dated and in need of maintenance.

The owners were friendly and welcoming, and the Guest House had a lovely decor. The rooms were well-kept and I was impressed by the attention to detail, like having plenty of tea, coffee, and milk in the room. The addition of fans in the rooms during warmer weather was a nice touch.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Myself and several other guests were staying over as we were running the Brighton Half Marathon the next morning. The normal time for breakfast on a Sunday was from 8.30am but to accommodate for all the runners requiring breakfast earlier, the owners kindly started breakfast from 7am. Our room was very nicely decorated, spacious and extremely comfortable.
When we arrived at the guest house we were waiting for 5-10 minutes before the owner came to reception - however, we did arrive just before the 2pm check-in time so I feel this was excusable. It was a little noisy within the guest house - we could hear other guests talking, banging of doors and creaking of floor boards etc, although I think this is to be expected of a small guest house. These are only two very minor complaints and it would definitely not stop me from staying here again - it is a lovely little guest house and great value for money when compared to the rest of the hotels in Brighton.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right near the sea front and just a short walk to the center of town. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, with a delicious full English cooked to order.
Nothing bad to say, it was a great experience overall.

The manageress went out of her way to help me, she was very kind and helpful beyond what I expected. The room was perfect, even down to the small details. It was well decorated, warm and well equipped. The house was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice and there was a good selection. It is very, very close to the sea and shops. I would definitely recommend the guesthouse and would stay again.
Parking can be an issue - if you need to park late then please get advice on where to park in advance, street parking fills up quickly. The manageress was very helpful in giving advice on where to park. The room I was in was noisy - I could hear other guests leaving and entering the hotel late at night and I could hear all the traffic and people passing by the window all night.

Guest house was lovely, so clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were very friendly and very accommodating indeed and really helped us with our parking problem.(Brighton and Hove has limited parking) The breakfast was delicious with huge portions. The room we had was absolutely lovely. I would recommend this guest house to anyone! We will definitely go back!
